Dear Friends:

First, let me say thanks to all of you that called and placed your giving in our automated system. Canceling your printed newsletter is a blessing for this ministry.  I have always found Maine people to really appreciate saving ministry money. You can still call anytime and ask one of the office girls to be placed on this system and receive your newsletter by email rather than thru the mail. For everyone else, we will still be providing a monthly letter as well as a return preaddressed envelope with each mailing. Next month we will introduce our newest employee, Dustin Mills. We are very excited about having him join our team. Marc leaving in February left a missing link in our staff, but once again, we feel that God has fulfilled the need. Dustin and his wife will be moving here from Ohio on Memorial Day weekend. Please pray for safe travels as well as him fitting right in with those who serve here at WHCF.

The good weather and the green grass is what we all look forward too every spring. School is almost out for another year and the children will be out and about with summer jobs, summer camps, and just plain summer vacation. You’ll want to join us the first week of June. We are calling it Christian Camp Week, and every morning we will be introducing one of Maine’s Christian Camps that you would want to send your child(ren) off to this summer. There will be weeks given away (free) and week discounts. That will be every morning, June 3rd through June 8th on the morning show with Penny and me.

This is usually the time when donations get real tight. If you can, please send an extra gift along to help us get through the next 3 months. May God bless you and your family, as you get ready for another summer.
