What is a Gift in Kind?

Gifts in Kind, also referred to as in-kind donations, is a kind of charitable giving in which, instead of giving money, goods and services are given.  Examples of in-kind gifts include property such as real estate, automobiles, works of art, office equipment, furnishings, software and licensing. Gifts in Kind are an important way of benefiting WHCF when you don't have cash to donate.
