Thank you for all you and your station do. It’s the station we have on every morning with our girls (ages 6&8) on the way to the bus and on the way home from school. They sing along to just about every song and it brings joy to our hearts to hear God’s voice come through them. It seems your hosts have a way of saying the right thing or playing the right song at the right time when we need it most in our hectic lives. Thank you for the peace you give us through your ministry
I have been listening to this station for a number of years now. I leave the radio on day and night. I feel the gospel music is cleansing and encouraging, so my radio stays on. I now have a second radio next to the bed and enjoy the gospel music. I think I sleep better and it is nice to wake up to the music. I’m glad to hear the station is able to reach out to a larger population to support the station. Praise the Lord!

I discovered Open the Bible on WHCF 88.5 in Maine while visiting my sister & caring for my mom in assisted living. I now listen to all your podcasts online! I live on a farm in a rural area where we have tent revivals. We pick up kids (pre-teens) and bring them to church. Many have come to faith in Christ, as well as one mom. I’ve been so helped by the “10 Keys to Unlock the Christian Life” material that I want to lead these new young believers through a Bible Study with the content. I’m so impressed with how Pastor Colin opens the Word!”
My father died suddenly of a heart attack on Christmas Day when I was 14. What followed was depression and 8 years of anorexia. I found Jesus through a televangelist who said there has to be a Good Friday before an Easter Sunday - essentially it is darkest before the dawn. I recently have been in that dark place again. Then one day in the car my husband changed the station to religious music. I don’t think he was even aware. I remembered the station and on my next ride I found pastor Colin and Open the Bible on that channel. I firmly believe God heard me asking for strength and guidance and He provided! The Lord is my shepherd! Such joy! I often listen when I’m at the gym on my headphones and I just have so much strength and joy

I have a 40 minute commute on a good day, each way. I use this time as my “talking to Jesus” time-prayer, just talking things out. I’ve been having some financial difficulty lately and family issues and things just piling up. On the way home last night, I just told God that I am tired of being an adult, I want to go back to my childhood, that this adult thing is not working out for me and quite frankly, it sucked. Then I laughed and just told him that I’m giving it to him, my mental exhaustion can’t take much more. It seems every time I’m struggling, a Chris Tomlin song comes on the radio, it never fails. This morning, “Nobody loves me like you” comes on. The first line: “Morning, I see you in the sunrise every morning”…the dam broke, I just sang and cried through the whole song, while driving. Then, Nelson prayed such a beautiful prayer, then “The great I am” comes on, another favorite. If that was not the most incredible worship experience of my life this morning, I don’t know what was. I’ve been to a lot of amazing Christian concerts, many incredible worship experiences, but today, it was one on one with Jesus. So, thank you, WHCF and Nelson and Dorian, for everything you do for Jesus, every day. For playing music that means so much to so many of us. I know, that no matter what happens, He has his arms around me and everything is under control.

Thank you for the family programs that you air on WHCF. God used one of the messages to prepare my heart and mind for my child that was born with a disability. Instead of fear, my heart was filled with God's peace that passes all understanding. We are privileged to be a part of WHCF that shares the message of God's truth, enlightening our understanding of His way to live life.

Earlier this week I learned that a long time friend has cancer. I cried myself to sleep and woke up with a heavy heart. The next morning I was listening to WHCF and Penny's words were such an encouragement. A reminder that God is in control, that we can count on Him. I am so thankful for Penny and for WHCF!
