Merry Christmas to you! I trust everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving. It is always such a special time when we can get to together with family and celebrate how blessed we are to be here in America. Challenging as things can sometimes be, the U.S. and Canada have been blessed by God in so many ways. Let’s remember to pray for our countries, our leaders and all of those who keep us safe to share Christ’s love every day.
With love and light everywhere, we hope that you are having a blessed Christmas season so far and enjoying the Christmas music on WHCF. As you know, it is much more than happy holidays to all of us. Despite the rush of Christmas, we make a special effort to concentrate on our Savior. He is the reason for the season. God’s gift to redeem mankind. The greatest gift of ‘LOVE’ ever given. Special services will be held in most Maine churches. If your church is not hosting a Christmas Eve service, look at our website for a list of local churches and find one near you. Many ministries are sharing His Love, “Jesus is the light of the world!”
In thinking about gift giving, consider giving to a ministry of choice in His name for His purpose or look for an individual or a family you could bless this Christmas. My wife and I have anonymously been secret Santa’s for many years, and it truly blesses us.
WHCF will do our best to keep Christ the center of our devotion this month. Yes, we will play some of those old special Christmas songs, but most importantly, it will be about Him.
Thank you so much for making our fundraiser this year another success. Thank you for choosing Lighthouse Radio Network worthy of your support. Thank you for praying for us throughout 2024. May God continue to direct our paths in 2025.
