Dear Listeners,
July is always a very special month. We hope you enjoyed your 4th of July weekend recognizing and celebrating how much God has favored the United States through these 250 years of freedom. As Americans we have been so blessed and should celebrate this to the fullest. Perhaps you are gathered with friends and family, attended a public events, or just watched the fireworks. Being an election year, it becomes an important year for sure. Many churches are hosting meetings to pray for our country and for revival, that many come into the kingdom.
You will find a list of local churches at WHCFFM.com with links to see when these are being help in your area.
It is a privilege to work in this ministry. We are looking forward to expanding if God opens the door. It looks like a frequency may become available on the coast of Maine. We would reach an area that has no Christian radio at present. Please pray to that end. We should know sometime in September if it becomes available.
Now, here is a BIG ASK! On August 10th we will celebrate 45 years of broadcasting to central Maine and the Maritimes. For several years now, many of our listeners have sent birthday wishes with a check for $1.00 for every year ($45.00). This year we need to upgrade our computer server, the “brains” behind all that we do 24 hrs. a day. The replacement cost is $16,500, plus backup and cyber protection for one year will be $4500, for a total of $21,000. Certainly, a lot to ask, but God has been sufficient through all the years, and we believe He’ll do it again. Will you help us meet this goal? These upgrades have been needed for a few years now, so at this point it is a necessity. We will celebrate on the morning show on August 10th, and keep you updated on reaching this financial goal. Help us if you can, but more importantly pray.
