WHCF Prayer & Praise

At WHCF, we are passionate about praying for the needs of our listening family. Prayer is an important part of living life together. This is why we want to partner with you in prayer. We encourage you to submit your own prayer requests or pray for the current prayer requests of other listeners.

CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS​

August 2025
  • Prayers for families and all those affected by the school shooting in Minnesota. 
  • Pray for a woman whose mammogram procedure revealed a solid mass. Pray it's benign and for healing and comfort, please. 
  • Praise that Roger's heart valve surgery went well! Pray for a quick recovery.
  • Prayer for Vicki as she heads to Boston for a second opinion for a cancer diagnosis.
  • Praise that Judi had an great checkup at the doctor.
  • Praise as young Noah is home recovering from ablation surgery.  
  • Deane has asked for prayer as he recovers from surgery.
  • Prayer for Brandi as she had to return to Boston to receive more treatments for her leukemia. Feeling depressed. 
  • Pray for Leslie who is struggling with arthritis.
  • Vickie needs prayer for a breast cancer diagnoses. 
  • Jill -  Having some health issues: there’s a cyst in her brain she may have to have removed, so she’s seeing a specialist.
  • Tim (not me) – He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s on April 1st and is working with his doctors on treatments.
  • Kim – They’re taking a missions trip through their church to Tajikistan in October.
  • Elizabeth – Her husband is recovering from an accident and cut vein in his arm, so please pray for healing.
  • Elaine – Her oldest daughter (age 8) is having surgery in November for a hearing aid implant and also to have her tonsils and adenoids removed. She also asked for prayer for listening ears and attitudes for her young kids.
  • Julie – She asked for prayer for Joe’s sister, who’s still waiting for a kidney transplant.  Julie has shingles and is on week 5-6, so she would like relief from the nerve pain.
